Upon receiving package customer will be refunded the difference of all unused and same condition of product minus 10% restock fee. We provide tracking information for each package. Once USPS has confirmed delivery to address provided, we are not responsible for theft- Therefore items confirmed via tracking numbers from USPS will not be refunded if they confirm delivery and customer disputes delivery.
